Ox Foundations provided a complimentary inspection for my client before purchasing their new home. They not only checked the specific concern but continued to check other areas as well. Punctual and friendly with great advice. Highly recommended. I'll use them for all future inspections.

Always good to see Jackson annually when he comes to inspect and maintain our dehumidifier. I know he’s going to service the unit properly and he’s just the nicest young man. He listens, then addresses any concerns/issues we have. Thanks, Jackson, for another year of great service!

Ox was wonderful from beginning to end. They responded quickly to my online inquiry about having foundation issues in our crawlspace. They came out in 2 day and assessed what needed to be done. They were thorough in explaining everything that was needed and compared to other companies, very fairly priced. Their communication throughout the process was wonderful and timely. Bryant and Chandler did the work in our home and were very professional. I also like that Ox provides a lifetime transferable warranty. Highly recommend Ox.

At the recommendation of friends, I called Ox Foundations and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed very fair and honest. Without a doubt, Ox has won one happy customer. Very impressed and service is very reasonable.

I have used ox several times and I currently use them with the up keep of the equipment. With that being said, I just had 1 of their employees here by the name Jackson. He was a very professional and courteous. He took the time to get x plain what he was here for ,and once he finished he checked with me and told me what was done. I can say this guy was great and ox foundation is great company too.

We where looking for a company to come out and take a look at our basement and crawlspace. The basement needed a sump pump and floor drainage system. We spoke with David Hutto at the Birmingham Home Show. Ox Foundation was the second company to come out and give us a quote. The first company only spent 45 mins with us. David spent about 5 hours with us explaining everything that we needed. The first company that came out didn't even tell us we had mold in the crawlspace. We excepted the quote and had David schedule the job. Bryant and Casey came out to do the mold remediation and they explained everything that they where going to do.

The next week we had Dustin, Leo & Benito out to start the basement drainage system and crawlspace encapsulation. This crew was amazing. Dustin explained everything that they where going to do. Frank and Andrew came out and looked at the progress and they both said they where very please with how the crawlspace looked. Alex the electrician came out and installed the new outlet for the dehumidifier and explained what he would be doing. Jackson came out a week after the job was complete to check the sump pump and dehumidifier as the first service call. I am very pleased with the work that all of the Ox Foundation Crews did. I would highly recommend them!

Dannon with Ox Foundation Solutions, went to a new home we were in negotiations on and quoted a job that needed to be part of a necessary repair plan, prior to closing. He walked me through what was going on with the cracks in our lower retaining wall and what it would take to repair.

We had the other major companies quote in which they all came back roughly the same. In fact I paid OX a little more because they had a better plan and because of my previous experience. This was the best decision we could have made. We got the house, that we loved, and Ox took us through each phase of the repair.It required 42 helical anchors below the bottom retaining wall of our house. Due to the inability to get a lot of equipment down below, a lot of this work was done by manual labor. The crews were outstanding, kept everything orderly daily, no trash and they were true people that cared about the job. The results give us total piece of mind about our house resting on this wall.Thank you Ox Foundations!!!!

Ox Foundation did a great job! Everyone at Ox put me the customer 1st. Eric Smith who did the estimates was on time and very knowledgeable. Pat and the other office staff really worked hard to get the job scheduled on my schedule. Bryant, Devin, Caleb, Wyatt and Freddy all did beautiful job with the installation and worked to make sure I was satisfied. A sweet lady at Ox even called me every morning to tell me the crew on the way and when to expect them, that was really nice.

Ox did a great job for us. Everyone we dealt with was top notch- from Jeremy (our sales rep), to the office staff, to the the guys who actually did the work (Philip and Felix). Both Philip and Felix went over and above to make sure that everything was perfect. Choosing the right company to do our work was a tedious process, but we could not be happier with our choice.

Ox Foundations strives for excellence, and it is shown in their work and employees! Jackson arrived promptly at my home to do some maintenance work. Didn't take long, and he went beyond my request and made sure I was completely happy before leaving. Thank you, Jackson and Ox Foundation!

Dalton and his crew did a great job. They were courteous and professional and their work was excellent. I was most impressed with how clean they left everything. I highly recommend OX.

Jackson worked on our crawl space dehumidifier. He was professional to work with (showed up on time and was very cordial). He explained how the maintenance program would work and got us taken care of quickly. Highly recommend using Ox for any crawl space issues you might have.

Had full encapsulation done in my crawl space. Aaron and Connor did the most awesome job. They were highly professional and worked hard on a very difficult job. Excellent work by Service Mtce Tech Jackson. Thank you Jackson for being so thorough and detailed with my yearly service and leveling out one of the units and the extra detail to replacing/cleaning the drain lines. All above and beyond. Appreciate your work ethic.
