Management Team
Neil is the General Manager of Ox Foundation Solutions and a member of the Ox team since 2020. A native of the United Kingdom, he is a veteran of the British Military having served 20 years as an officer in the Royal Air Force Regiment. He moved to Alabama in 2007 with his wife, who was a USAF officer, and their 3 sons. As a qualified plumber, he worked in this trade until he moved to Alaska in 2010, where he continued to work as a plumber and then in the larger construction arena on remote builds in America’s Last Frontier. Neil returned to Alabama in 2017 with his family, continuing to work in construction as a sub-contractor for Ox for a number of years. Neil has a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction and is a fantastic asset to the Ox Management Team.

Alan is the Senior Operations Manager of Alabama for Ox Foundation Solutions and a member of the Ox team since 2016. He is from Calera, Alabama and is a veteran of the United States Army. He has served over 15 years as a Military Police Noncommissioned Officer and still serves in the Alabama National Guard. Alan resides in Calera with his one daughter.
Alan began working in construction right out of high school installing tile and stone; shortly after involved remodels of houses and commercial buildings. Alan has received his Alabama State Home Builders license for Ox Foundation Solutions and has years of hands-on experience in construction management. His strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety have consistently resulted in successful project outcomes and satisfied clients. He is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of Ox Foundation Solutions.

Dannon is from Gadsden, AL, and has been in the foundation repair industry for over 20 years, having worked with some of the largest foundation repair companies in the Southeast. An Ox Certified Foundation Specialist since November 2016, Dannon has been a part of thousands of repairs. His experience both in the field and with these companies has provided a true trial and error learning curve on which to build on.
Dannon recently moved into the role of Business Development Executive. Dannon's goal has always been to help develop a true family environment, relationships, and provide the best customer service that this industry has ever seen. "When we welcome someone as a customer or as an employee they become part of the Ox Family!"

Customer Service
Mike is a 20-year veteran of the foundation and waterproofing industry and has worked for two of the top foundation companies in the state. Over the years, in addition to Alabama, he has inspected homes and commercial buildings in Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. He got his start in residential construction over 45 years ago as a nail driver for a small local home builder, before moving into home remodeling. Eventually he began specializing exclusively in waterproofing and foundation damage repair consulting. In the early 2000’s Mike began co-hosting a home improvement talk radio program called “Housestuds” along side veteran DJ Dale Johnson. Housestuds would eventually be heard on over 20 radio stations in the South. In addition Mike has been a frequent contributor to many home improvement industry magazines such as: Asphalt Contractor, Remodeling, Lowe’s for Pros Magazine and others.
Mike is an avid boater, outdoorsman, cook and father of three. He resides in Helena with his wife Tracy, Stella their Golden Doodle, four chickens, and two ducks. One of which has a very bad attitude.

Desirea is the Customer Care Supervisor for Ox Foundation Solutions. Desirea's previous roles at Ox include working as a call center rep in April of 2023, followed by Scheduling Coordinator for production
Desirea met her husband in 2015 and since then moved to Calera where they share 2 beautiful daughters. Desirea’s favorite thing to do is watch Abbot Elementary and spend time with her family.

Ashley is the Office Coordinator for Ox Foundation Solutions and has been with the company since 2019. Starting her career off as a Customer Care Center Representative for Ox, she has gained a lot of knowledge and experience that put her in the position she is in today. She is native to Alabama and lives with her Lab, Priscilla. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, drawing, and doing embroidery.

Joe has been on the Ox production team for over 15 years as a field foreman, having also experience as Service Manager and in residential and commercial inspections. He has been with the company since its inception.
Joe has a 7 year old daughter named Skarlett and wife Ali with whom he’s been married since 2020. They enjoy motorcycle riding, boating, swimming, and playing with their boxer dog, Dolly.

Sean was born in England, moving to the US at age 2. He attended welding school and worked in that field as fabricator/welder in high pressure vessels for 15 years. Sean then moved on to work 10 years as journeyman electrician in commercial and industrial settings. Along the way he became experienced in many different aspects of construction. Hired on with Ox Foundations in 2022, Sean is currently in Mobile serving as electrician, crew lead, and warehouse assistant. Sean married his wife Corinna just this year and is looking forward to a rewarding career with the company.
